CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointments are very important to this small business, and they are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life happens; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but is only charged in the event of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. Any cancellation within that 24 hour window will result in a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service. The card placed on file will be charged this cancellation fee. Scheduling and placing your card on file indicates that you agree to these conditions. NO SHOW POLICY Any appointment missed without proper notification will be subject to a non-refundable charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). LATE ARRIVAL POLICY If you're running late, please notify me as soon as possible! Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service(s) booked, as my schedule is tight and does not have a ton of wiggle room.
